winter shots

while waiting for some incubation in lab, i took the chance to get out for some cold/fresh air and snap a little.




fresh snow is ok to walk on, but the compressed one after multiple footsteps become smoothe and slippery, and if the temperature rises, it transforms into mush.

so much snow fell and get compressed into ice between the rails that its now higher than the rails. trains now run at lower speeds than usual.
