A short stop at this bunch of houses that used to belong to the royal family, now its turned into little cottage industries. There's a clock-smith, a potter, a glass blower, a cafe, a painter and a few others that were not open.
They all sell products that are hand made and made by themselves, therefore its unique, its good quality and its expensive.
one corner of the courtyard
some royal family used to stay in that big building.
The shop that I was most interested in was the chocolatier. all the chocolates are made in that shop and the wafting aromas in the air is tantalizing. Ended up buying a chocolate ball and a few slabs of chocolate. basically they just put nuts on the table and pour different types of molten chocolate over it, it hardens into a bar. delicious.
truffles are expensive
can come back again to taste some other stuff one day.
