continuing with my no head no tail way of blogging about this past holiday, next to the ice hotel that we visited on the last day of our trip, which i will blog on later, is the ice hotel kitchen. of course, you cant cook anything in a cold kitchen so its more civilized here.
had the lunch buffet for 145sek. and we both felt it was the best meal of the whole trip.
super lots of fish, salmon, mackerel, etc.
potato and stewed salmon? whatever, it was good. the bread was freshly baked too. so soft
