so, after being here for so long, i decided to try making some swedish food, because
1. holiday, so bored, nothign better to do, 'chiak par sioh eng'
2. never tried real swedish food before because to ex outside to eat in restaurant and too poor.
3. wanted to try make them and if good, can export back and make for friends and family back home.

try 1:
Cheese ice cream aka västerbottensglass
made with this special type of expensive cheese, sugar, cream, eggs. and alot of beating.
tastes not bad, maybe because of the sugar.
my cheese not fine enough so alot of it sink to the bottom of the bowl.
but overall, not bad. can try again.




try 2:
Janssons frestelse aka Jansson's temptation.
its a dish of potatoes, anchovies and onions, baked in cream
I think added a tad too much salt. but i find it so-so, not exactly amazing. but looks really nice, the browned bits on top because of the breadcrumbs.
this dish, try once enough.
