noodle soup. spaghetti with brocoli and shitake. The chicken was pre made, and added last into the soup.


The chicken breast was sliced, marinaded with chopped garlic, black and white pepper, 5 spice powder, soy sauce, and rice wine. Left in the fridge overnight and then pan fried in a little oil, added with soem water to steam cook it, and then let the water reduce till its just the meat left.

serve with a sprinkle of paprika.
Its so good, I'm going to make the same thing tomorrow lunch :p
